"I would like to announce that as of January 1st, 2018 I will no longer reside in Mexico and wrestle for AAA. Angelico took to twitter to announce his departure from AAA tonight. The native of South Africa arrived in Mexico 9 years ago, in what was only supposed to be a three months of training. While in Mexico, Angelico learned from Negro Navarro and Ultimo Dragon. In his goodbye, Angelico only addressed his time in Mexico as positive and thanked all of the co-workers he ever had. Angelico will now be taking his bookings out of Barcelona Spain. While in AAA, Angelico teamed with Jack Evans where they won the AAA World Tag Team Championships on three separate occasions. A mainstay in Lucha Underground, he held the Trios Tag Titles with Son of Havoc and Ivelisse. Although Angelico worked the AAA Lucha Libre World Cup last month in Tokyo, he hadn't been on AAA TV since July. However Angelico had worked quite a bit for What Culture Pro Wrestling and various Indie promotions like RPW, and IPW in the UK and WXW in Germany where he briefly held the wXw Shotgun Championship.

"Any man with two hands has a fighting chance" - James Ellsworth
Regardless if you liked James Ellsworth or despised him, he spent just over a year working for the WWE holding victories over AJ Styles and a string of house show victories of Curt Hawkins. Ellsworth in ring schedule slowed down quite a bit while he became the side kick to Carmella that culminated in a losing effort to Becky Lynch in Manchester England. Word on the street Ellsworth is already looking for his next booking. His time in the WWE was short, but "chinspiring." Ellsworth is now accepting bookings for after February 12th 2018.
We wish him well in all of his future endeavors... ![]()

Sami Callihan made his debut at last night's Impact Taping in Ottawa last night following the Bound For Glory PPV the night before. Sami teamed on both nights with oVe Jake and Dave Crist. Callihan is also scheduled to be making his debut with New Japan Pro Wrestling as part of the World Tag League. World Tag League 2017 begins on November 18th in Tokyo. Sami is scheduled to team with Juice Robinson. Callihan has previously wrestled for Lucha Underground as Jeremiah Crane, in NXT as Solomon Crowe, is a regular for AAW, CZW, and PWG. When Callihan left NXT, his plan was to re-invent himself. And he is certainly establishing his brand across several different platforms. Can't wait to see what's next for Sami.
Thomas Latimer, known to Impact Wrestling Fans as Bram took to twitter today to announce his departure, "I've been granted my release from Impact Wrestling. Thank you to everyone from top to bottom and to you the fans for your support ." I'm actually surprised how long this took considering Bram's unfortunate decision making in the past. This was the same guy who sought fit to sit in a frozen food freezer in Japan while representing Impact with Robbie E as part of the Global Tag League Tournament, which saw him suspended from the company. Prior to joining Impact Wrestling Bram wrestled in development with the WWE at both FCW and NXT. Bram made the jump to Impact Wrestling with some success. He defeated Eric Young to capture the King of the Mountain Title, but would go on to lose it to Eli Drake. However, Bram hasn't stepped foot in an Impact ring since the incident in Japan. Outside of a match here or there, Bram has returned to the UK where he's the Pro Evolution Heavyeight Champion. Bram was previously married to WWE's Charlotte.
We wish him well in all of his future endeavors... It appears that the indefinite suspension of El Patron didn't last as long as we might have thought. After pulling off a CWFAZ TV Taping, Alberto El Patron's time away from Impact was spent briefly in Mexico, Germany, and a match for CWFH, before heading to Canada to interfere in Eli Drake's Championship match with Johnny Impact. Initially El Patron was supposed to have a series of matches in Championship Wrestling from Hollywood, but that remains to be seen.
It is believe that Patron will now return to regular action for Impact Wrestling. Previous Article(s) El Patron headed to CWFH |
Wishing you the best, on your future endeavors.Keeping up with the ever changing world of professional wrestling...
