Lashley signs with WWE

The Wrestling Observer is reporting that Bobby Lashely is returning to the WWE.  This was speculated months ago when we learned that in a cost cutting measure Impact Wrestling wouldn't be re-signing its more expensive talent.  To be honest, I thought Lashley would end up working for New Japan Pro Wrestling.  Lashley held many championships while in Impact Wrestling.  Impact World Championship, the King of the Mountain Championship, The X-Division Championship were all held by Lashley.  

Lashley was a former United States Champion and ECW Champion for the WWE.  There hasn't been much speculation on which brand Lashley will debut on, but with his previous legacy on WWE programming, its safe to assume he won't be in NXT.
